At around 1700, sub-tropical Brisbane was turned into a Winter Wonderland, when a hail storm shocked the unsuspecting, unwarned locals. Much damage was done to property, and cars on Coronation Drive were blocked in by the hail drifts. As I drove to uni the next day, these hail drifts were still lining the streets, slowly melting. I got these pictures from my friend Kati, who got them from her friend Val.
